   Rialto History

Richard McGinnis, local historian and member of the San Bernardino Historic
Preservation Commission will talk about the colorful history of Rialto, which
was incorporated as a city in 1910.  McGinnis, who has pored over census
records and maps created in the years before Rialto was incorporated and the
decades since, played an important role during its centennial last year.
